How does Zero Marine work

The natural latex-based formula reacts mechanically and chemically to the air pressure escaping through the hole or pore, sealing the puncture from the inside.

Once sealed, Zero Marine creates an inner protective layer at the base that, for some time — until the product naturally degrades — continues to protect your inflatable and seal any new punctures that may appear.

Does the puncture reappear when the product degrades?

No, Zero Marine seals the puncture permanently thanks to the chemical reaction that occurs during sealing. The only part of the product that degrades naturally inside the inflatable is the leftover liquid that settles and protects the base for a time.

The duration of this protective layer depends on the weather conditions the inflatable has been exposed to, ranging from a few weeks to several months.
